Three-Well Treatment · Eagle Ford Formation nanoActiv® Frac Hit Mitigation
-
92% BOPD increase in production over four months—surpassing initial production
Details
- Eagle Ford Wells A, B, and C are horizontal wells in DeWitt County, Texas.
- Prior to using nanoActiv®, on average, well production was returning to only 65% BOPD.
Treatment
- January 15th, 2019, Eagle Ford Well A was treated with ~5,000 gallons of a nanoActiv® blend and injected with ~5,000 gallons of water as smaller-volume pills throughout the initial pre-load with a soak time of 2½ weeks.
Results
- After treatment, a significant increase in production was observed in Well A, surpassing previous production rates.
- Well A increased oil production to 100 BOPD for 150 days, surpassing the previous production rate for more than six months.
- 400 days post-treatment, Well A is producing 60 BOPD.
- To-date, Well A’s incremental recovered volume is approximately 17,500 BOE.
Treatment
- On May 15th, 2019, Eagle Ford Well B was treated with ~5,000 gallons of nanoActiv® blend. Well C was treated with half the dosage equaling ~2,500 gallons of the nanoActiv® blend. Like Well A, Wells B and C had a soak time of 2½ weeks.
Results
- To-date, Well B has produced an additional ~20,500 more BOE prior to treatment.
- To-date, Well C has produced an additional ~11,000 more BOE prior to treatment.
- For wells B and C, the pre-load treatment has continued to surpass the previous production rate over eight months post-treatment.
Two-Well Treatment · Mississippian Formation nanoActiv® Frac Hit Mitigation
-
Increased oil production beyond initial production levels for over nine months
Details
- Mississippian Well A is a new frac well in Oklahoma.
Treatment
- Mississippian Well A was treated with 17,000 gallons nanoActiv® HRT pills throughout the parent well pre-load and allowed to soak for approximately 2½ weeks.
Results
- Mississippian Well A is surpassing previous production rates. Post-treatment, a significant increase in production was observed, as Well A has shown increased oil production for nine months.
Details
- Mississippian Well B is a new frac well in Oklahoma.
Treatment
- Mississippian Well B was treated similarly to Well A with 4,500 gallons of nanoActiv® EFT at 1 GPT of fluid and was allowed to soak for approximately 2½ weeks.
Results
- Mississippian Well B is surpassing previous production rates. Post-treatment, a significant increase in production was observed. Mississippian Well B has shown increased oil production for more than eight months, surpassing the previous production rate for more than six months.
Four-Well Treatment · Wolfcamp Formation nanoActiv® Frac Hit Mitigation
-
Significant increases in production equal quick paybacks and greater profits
Details
- Wolfcamp Wells A, B, C, and D are horizontal wells drilled in February 2018 in the Permian Basin.
Treatment
- October 1st, 2019, Wells A-D were treated with ~5,000 gallons each of a nanoActiv® blend. 60 days prior to the treatment, the wells were shut-in.
Results
- Post-treatment, a significant increase in production was observed, as each of the wells are now producing an average of 160% more BOPD.
- After 120 days*, Well A has produced an incremental ~22,000 more BOE prior to treatment.
Results
- After 90 days*, Well B has produced an incremental ~24,200 more BOE prior to treatment.
Results
- After 90 days*, Well C has produced an incremental ~30,200 more BOE prior to treatment.
Results
- After 90 days*, Well D has produced an incremental ~28,500 more BOE prior to treatment..
- Based on the producer’s economics, treatment payback for Wolfcamp Wells A, B, C, and D was 90 days.
