Production improved by an average of 130 MCFD
Added an incremental ~40,000 MCF to the production
Details
Arkoma Mayes A was completed in June 2018 in Oklahoma with a vertical depth (TVD) of 6,500 feet and lateral length of 6,000 feet.
Prior to treatment, the well was producing 1,678 MCFD and 1 BOPD.
Treatment
On May 1, 2019 Arkoma Mayes A was treated with ~7,000 gallons of nanoActiv® blend pushed by 5,250 MSCF of N₂ over approximately 55 hours.
An offset well is located approximately ten feet from Arkoma Mayes A. Within three hours of beginning the treatment, the pressure of the offset well began to increase indicating the two wells were communicating. The offset well was shut-in for the remainder of the treatment. Once the treatment was complete, both wells were shut-in for more than 48 hours and reopened.
Results
The decline curve/well head production improved by an average of 130 Mcfd—adding an incremental ~40,000 MCF to the production
